In January I started a Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program and I already have twelve credits completed and will have six more by the end of 2025! It’s hard to believe how fast it goes. I asked my seventy-five year old mom to come to campus with me for Parents’ Weekend but she just rolled her eyes. Excuse me while I go hackey sack on the quad.
We have one daughter who is now officially adulting and the other is almost halfway through her college experience. I swear we were just playing wall ball at the playground last week. I’m proud of both my kids and the people they’ve become.
Since walking away from my full-time gig as an author and publisher, I’m writing more (and enjoying it more) than I ever have. I even hired Neo to redesign my website—but in red.
